Vienna City Domizil is a functional, cozy apartment. It offers everything travelers need during a city trip of several days. It is located on the ground floor and has a direct entrance from the street.

There are 2 double beds and 2 sofa beds for up to 6 people. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided.

2 large toilets are equipped, each with a sink, hand soap, hairdryer, 1 washing machine, and 1 shower with soap, shower gel, shampoo.

In the kitchen, tea and coffee utensils are available and everything you need for cooking.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation. With the flat screen TV you can also stream.

The apartment was, before the conversion into a guest accommodation, a spacious business premises. It has retained this open, spacious character, with its huge windows and direct access from Triester Straße. It is located on the ground floor of an apartment building, in the Triester quarter, in Vienna's 10th district Favoriten.

Since Roman times, Triester Straße has been part of the historical traffic axis between Kärntner Straße, Wiedner Hauptstraße, and Triester Straße to the south. Today, Triester Straße or B17 is a major business and shopping street leading from the south of Lower Austria to Matzleinsdorfer Platz. During rush hours in the morning and late afternoon, there may be traffic noise, but it quickly subsides. The large windows facing the street are double-glazed and provide good protection from noise. During the day and on weekends, Triester Street is not very busy.

Opposite the accommodation is the Martin-Luther-King Park with a dog zone, a ball playground, a children's playground, a sausage stand whose opening hours depend on good weather and a coin-operated telephone booth. The nearly 1.5-hectare park is habitat for the usual singbirds like blackbirds, sparrows, urban pigeons, rooks, occasionally woodpeckers, and the European field hamster, which is strictly protected. Sometimes, at night, foxes are on the move which are living in ditches in the area, according to the MA 49 (Climate, Forestry, and Agriculture of the Municipal Authority of the City of Vienna).

Clinic Favoriten, formerly Kaiser-Franz-Joseph Hospital, with Campus Favoriten, borders the park. Trauma Hospital Meidling is also close to the accomodation, as well as Wienerberg City and Matzleinsdorferplatz.
