ARRIVAL BY TRAIN OR BUS

A journey by train or bus is not recommended. There is a train station in Grünau im Almtal with a regular train service with the Almtalbahn 153 from Wels (travel time about 1 hour), but the accommodation is about 4 km from the station.

Within, from and to Grünau, bus service is scarce and seasonal. Buses to surrounding towns and cities usually take a disproportionately long time to reach their destination, due to numerous stops and detours, and also depend on seasonal demand. REGIONAL BUS CONNECTIONS

Near the accommodation is the bus station "Hochschlagsiedlung" on Schindlbachstraße. Walk to the bus station over the bridge of the Grünaubach.

However, buses run within, from and to Grünau rarely and depending on the season.
